SwaprX Privacy Policy Last Updated: January 26, 2026 Welcome to SwaprX (the "App"), an entertainment tool providing AI-powered face swapping services for images and videos, offered by us (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). To protect your personal information security and legitimate rights and interests, please carefully read and fully understand this Privacy Policy before using the App. Your use of the App constitutes your consent to our processing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information We Collect and Purposes of Processing 1.1 Facial-Related Information To implement the face swapping function, when you upload custom images or video materials using the App, we will temporarily collect facial information contained in the materials (including facial features, contours, and other sensitive information that can identify personal identity). Such information is solely used for AI face swapping algorithm processing and generating face-swapped results, with no other purposes. We strictly adhere to the "principle of minimum necessity," collecting only the minimum facial information required to fulfill the function and no additional irrelevant features. Special Statement: We will not store any of your facial information. Once the face-swapped results are generated, all temporarily collected facial information will be immediately and completely deleted, with no possibility of recovery. Such information will not be used for algorithm training, user profile generation, targeted promotion, or any other scenarios unrelated to the face swapping function. 1.2 Uploaded Material Information The images and video materials you actively upload (excluding the facial information part) are only used to generate face-swapped results, and we will not store the original materials. You may independently decide to save the face-swapped works to your local device or delete them. The App does not store any of your creative works in the cloud. 1.3 Template-Related Information The templates provided in the App are original content of the Developer or content used with legal authorization. Your template collection behavior is only recorded on your local device. We will not collect or sync your collection records to the cloud, and such records are solely for your convenience to quickly access frequently used templates locally. 1.4 Device and Log Information To ensure the normal operation of the App, optimize service experience, and troubleshoot faults, we may automatically collect a small amount of non-identifiable information, including device model, operating system version, App version number, and operation logs. Such information cannot be linked to your personal identity and is only used for technical maintenance and function iteration, without being associated with facial information, material information, or other data for processing. II. Rules for Information Use - We only use the collected information for the purposes explicitly stated in this Privacy Policy. Without your explicit separate consent, we will not use the information beyond the specified scope, nor will we share, transfer, or lease your facial information or material information to any third party (including third-party AI service providers). - We will not generate user profiles based on the collected information, nor conduct targeted advertising or other commercial marketing activities. - All information processing is completed on local devices or temporary processing nodes. Facial information will not be transmitted externally via the Internet, and encryption technology is adopted throughout the process to ensure the security of information during processing. III. Information Sharing and Disclosure We commit not to share or disclose your personal information to any third party, except in the following circumstances: - With your explicit separate consent; - Complying with mandatory requirements of laws and regulations, judicial authorities, or administrative departments, and cooperating with investigations and evidence collection in accordance with the law; - Disclosing within a reasonable and necessary scope to protect your legitimate rights and interests, public interests, or our legitimate rights and interests (such as preventing fraud and ensuring App security). We will not provide any information to third-party AI services for training, reasoning, or other purposes, and strictly comply with the authorization requirements for third-party AI data sharing specified in Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines. User Rights 4.1 Consent and Withdrawal of Consent Before using the App’s face swapping function, we will clearly inform you of the purpose, processing method, and deletion rules of facial information collection through a pop-up window, and will only start collecting and processing the information after obtaining your explicit separate consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by disabling the face swapping function or uninstalling the App. After withdrawal of consent, we will immediately stop any information collection activities. The already processed information has been deleted in accordance with the rules, and this will not affect the face-swapped results completed based on your prior consent. 4.2 Information Inquiry and Deletion Since we do not store your facial information, original materials, or creative works, there is no cloud information available for inquiry. If you find any abnormal information processing behavior in the App, you may contact us for verification, and we will fully cooperate with the investigation and provide explanations. 4.3 Protection of Minors If you are a minor under the age of 14, you must obtain the consent of your parents or other guardians before using the App. We will not actively collect facial information from minors. If a guardian finds that a minor’s information has been improperly processed, they may contact us for assistance. V. Information Security Assurance We adopt industry-standard security technologies and management measures to ensure the security of the information processing process and prevent information leakage, tampering, or loss. Specific measures include: end-to-end encryption for facial information processing, isolation of temporary data storage areas, and strict control of access permissions.
